GCA Architecture Use Case

At Doug's request, I have drafted an initial, simple use case for the Grand 
Challenge Architecture based on our discussions of 11 December 1997.  It may be found at:

It is incomplete in several ways, but I want to distribute what I have 
recorded thus far while it is still relatively fresh in the minds of the 
participants.  Comments are always welcome.
