Latest version of Upshot source....
The most recent version of upshot can be obtained from the MPI
distribution at ANL. It is packaged as a seperate tar file
and can be compiled and linked indepedantly of MPI. My recollection
is that I had to get the correct versions of Tcl/Tk setup in the
module system at the PDSF suns to get it to compile, link and work.

Unfortunately it comes with no documentation... the old upshot doc are
