StAF on T3E

The following StAF libraries, ASPs, and PAMs have been successfully ported
to the T3E:
	ASU, SOC, SPX, SOC, DSL, TDM, DUI, DIO, AMI, PAM

No exhaustive tests have been made. However, I have created tables,
processed them with a PAM, written out XDF files and read them back in
(both on the T3E and an IRIX 6.2 machine). It seems to work fine.

N.B. The current stic compiler has lost some functionality since last I ran
it on the T3E. Herb should be able restore the 64-bit functionality easily.
The executable in the bin directory is rather old.

Also, I did not get a functioning FORTRAN PAM going. This exercise I leave
to the reader.

The binaries, libraries, include files, and Makefiles can be found under:
	/afs/foreign/rhic/star/users/tull/STAR_LIB/RL98b/alone/arch/t3e

Feel free to run or copy any files from this area. Please do not move or
delete any files.

Two shell scripts were used to simulate the old STAR library environment to
allow the use of the SLMakefiles:
	cd /afs/foreign/rhic/star/users/tull/STAR_LIB/RL98b/alone
	source STAR_ARCH.csh ; source STAR_LIB.csh
