added -v (verbose) option to QE

Hi All,

I added option -v to the QE. It switches to verbose mode. Currently it
means that you will see what file and object id:s are sent to the QM in
an execute request (and also when a fullEstimate is done).
 
Sorry about the noise, but I think this feature can come handy when
debugging (-v when debugging QE and without it when debugging other
components).
