a gc developers list?

Hi GC folks,

Is there interest in having a GC developers email list
separate from the general list (challenge@sseos.lbl.gov)?
if so, I would suggest:
 - gcdev@sseos.lbl.gov
 - have gcdev@sseos.lbl.gov be included in challenge@sseos.lbl.gov
    so that people only need to send to one list or the
    other but not both
 - also have a mail archive for gcdev
 - that all manner of details about running, debugging, etc.
    go to the gcdev list rather than selected personal subsets

Any comments?
