Using that version didn't help. I still have the same problem:
(starsu00) QE % cvs watch on
(starsu00) QE % cvs watch off
cvs watch: [14:17:34] waiting for uid3032's lock in /afs/rhic/gc/cvs/QE
cvs watch: [14:18:06] obtained lock in /afs/rhic/gc/cvs/QE
The last line appears only because I forcefully removed the lock.
Any clues?
