gcdev list operational

Hi GC developers,

I am back from vacation this week and taking
care of old business.
The GC developers email distribution list is
now operational, as gcdev@sseos.lbl.gov.
The present content of the list is shown below.
The actual contents of both the challenge@sseos
and gcdev@sseos lists are given on the mail
archive index page
(http://www-rnc.lbl.gov/GC/email/archive/).
Mail to gcdev@sseos.lbl.gov is kept in the same
mail archive as challenge@sseos.lbl.gov.
Mail to challenge@sseos/lbl/gov is distributed
to the gcdev@sseos.lbl.gov list, but not the
reverse.

Please let me know if you want to be moved from one
list to the other.
