GCA development area on rhic machines

Hi all,

Shigeki has set up a "user" directory that is group writeable by
the  rhgrandc group.

it is,

/grandch/u/GCA

and seen from the rhic machines (e.g. rsun00, rmds03,  rcf ).
We should use this to recreate the LaunchGCA directory
that is on the PDSF machines.  He is rechecking that it is
a backed up area.
