More rmds03 problems

The problems with rmds03 apparently are still with us. At this point,
I am inclined to try removing the Alteon Gigabit interface and going
to the hme 100BaseT interfaces (I think it has three such
interfaces). However, this depends on several things coming together.

Since I will be leaving for HePIX on Tuesday, I don't know if I will
have the time to do this.

As it stands, I can't think of any other cause of the problems with
rmds03.
