Hello,
the README file in the root of QE in CVS has been updated.
It contains the following sections:
1. Layout of the Query Estimator tree
2. Executables
3. Make hints
4. Building the index
5. Running the Query Estimator
6. Troubleshooting
anyone using the query estimator should read it.
