QM on rmds03

Hi Alex,

I tried to build QM on rmds03 (cvs co QM; cd QM, make)
and got this:

[rmds03] /disk0/grandch/olson/gcdev/QM > make -n
Makefile:24: /home/dm/software/toolkit/config/local.cfg: No such file or
directory
make: *** No rule to make target
`/home/dm/software/toolkit/config/local.cfg'.  Stop.

How do you build it?  And, can you have "cvs co QM; cd QM, make"
work on rnds03?
