RE: tagged QE, CM

cvs co QM
will checkout the latest version of QM, no matter when you
do it.
cvs co -r MDC1 QM 
will always checkout just the MDC1 version of QM.  If you want to do
some modifications you should checkout without the "-r MDC1" flag.
