dbcheck

Hi folks,

I have put a utility program (dbcheck) into the gc cvs repo. and
the bin area (/grandch/u/GCA/bin/dbcheck).
[rsun00] /grandch/u/GCA/bin > ./dbcheck -help
usage:  dbcheck [bootfile | -help]
     bootfile - pathname of boot file for Objy federation
     -help  - this message
  dbcheck scans an Objectivity federations for all database files
    and reports whether or not db files are on disk as reported
    by the FDB catalog (OK) or if a file is not on disk in the
    location reported by the catalog (NOT_in_cache).
    This utility does NOT check if the file on disk is
    atually a valid database file, but only that a file exists.
