Make sure you're using the correct reference file (and not an old one).
QE deletes its reference file when you hit ctrl-c, but not if it crashes
(which it didn't, I hope).
I assume it's QO-QE that fails? And that it fails for anything you try,
not just full estimate?
I don't see why it should have anything to do with libraries.
It _might_ be a network problem (yes, even if it's on one machine), but
I think it's more likely that the reference files got confused.
