CVS directory for common files

Hello everybody,

how about creating a directory in CVS to contain files that are common
to some or all GC components? Such components as: logger.cpp .h
gc_const.h gc_util.cpp .h gc_config.cpp .h and common IDL files.
That way people using the logger won't have to check out QE, for
example. 

yes, no?
