RE: WHAT FDIDs ARE YOU USING

I am using the /star/sol/db/stardb/STAR federation for
testing staf with the fake cache manager
(does not actually move any files).
The "official" GC testing & measurements
are using rmds03::/disk0/grandch/stardb/fd30025/STAR,
with FDID 30025.
