MDC1 Netlogger display

This is a resend of the same message I sent last night, which is 
necessary for the message to go into the GC message archive (it 
was full last night).

We decided that it is worth trying to display the MDC1
runs with Netlogger.  The results are in:
http://gizmo.lbl.gov/sm/netlogger.images/

We are sufficiently encouraged that we think it will be
worthwhile to use Netlogger dynamically in MDC2.
