GC mtg notes

Hi folks,

My brief notes from today's GC meeting are at

Again, due to the audio problem, you are encouraged to email
any comments to the GC email list.  Jeff Porter had some
insights to the audio problem and reported it to the BNL
phone people.

Also, it was pleasing to have Stephen Johnson from Stony Brook
and PHENIX join us.  I have added him to the gcdev email list.
