GC meeting notes & MDC2 schedule

The notes from today's GC meeting are posted at the
URL below.

As discussed at the meeting, people should consider moving
the MDC2 period for GC tests to March 26-28, 1999.
This is to allow some participation in the Fermilab ROOT
workshop.  People should think about this and we will
finalize it at next weeks phone conference.
