SunPro C++ compiler changes

Due to events outside of RCF control, the SunPro C++ compilers on
rsun00 and rmds03 will most likely stop working on March 4. The
version 5.0 C++ compiler has been installed in /opt/WS5.0 on both
systems and will be linked to /opt/SUNWspro when the old version
expires.

Unfortunately, at this time it appears that the old version will not
be brought back to life.

There are some differences in the 4.2 and 5.0 compilers so you may
need to recompile from source or compile with the "-compat" flag.
