ORBACUS with CC 5 on rmds03

Hello,

ORBACUS has been compiled with CC 5 on rmds03. You need to setenv
LD_LIBRARY_PATH to /grandch/u/GCA/CORBA/OB-3.1.2-debug/lib.
The IDL compiler is in /grandch/u/GCA/CORBA/OB-3.1.2-debug/bin.

Note: this is a non-optimized, debug version. The optimized version
still has problems (idl crashes). It uses the JTC thread library.

The Query Estimator Makefiles have been updated to use this version
of ORBACUS. ORBACUS is now the default ORB for QE, since Orbix
doesn't work with CC 5.
The Makefiles will detect what version of CC you are using, so
there is no longer any need to supply the CC5=1 definition.

All programs under CVS/QE compile with CC 5. There are a couple
of warnings, but these can be ignored for now.
