QM

Hi,

QM is stable now and checked into CVS today.
It's been tested with 12 queries at the same time (1900 bundle query,
1300 bundle query and 10 other relatively short (some 700, 100, and
7)queries), and all completed well.
It's tested with Simulated Cache Manager, and single threaded QE
(compiled with CC-4.2). I just compiled on starsu00 and rmds03, and
those directories are starsu00: ~asim/cvs/QM  and rmds03:
~asim/src/cvs/QM
