usercode on linux

Hi all,

I was able to build and test the usercode on linux
that is essentially equivalent to the sii code. That
is, it does not touch the data. To do this final part
requires compiling the specific hijing DB stuff which, for
now, didn't work. The only Objectivity use in this code
then is the transaction handling (talking to the
lockserver running on solaris).

This code is,

/disk0/grandch/porter/linux/GCAClient/linux/bin/runqb

& takes the same arguments as the MinimalQuery code.
Only, the "notouch" options is always ON and there is
no option of putting in an "idle" time to mimick
actual analysis.

I put a script to setup the environment,

/disk0/grandch/porter/linux/GCAClient/linux/bin/setup_linux.csh

Then just,

runqb -c <configfile> -q <querystring> -s <components>
