To use Netlogger viewer,

1. change the directory to /grandch/u/GCA/MDC2/Launch/bin/TEST_RUN
2. For file tracking: nlv2048 -c nlvft  target_run/out.filetrack.log
    (e.g. nlv2048 -c nlvft  Mar26/run1/out.filetrack.log)
3. For performance: nlv2048 -c nlvsp target_run/out.sysperf.log
    (e.g. nlv2048 -c nlvsp Mar26/run1/out.sysperf.log)

It's simple as it is...
