scalability data in hpss

The "prototype" scalability data is being transfered into
archive.nersc.gov now.
It can be found in /nersc/gc5/zimm/SmallFed/
The file describing the sizes and locations of these files can be found
in
/data03/zimm/Event/prod/Admin/SmallFed.data

At the rate that the writes to hpss is going I expect the data to be
fully transfered in early this afternoon.

when I start generating the full federation the arrangement of
directories will be slightly different (all files not in one directory)
in order to ease book keeping, but
the data should be the same.
