Test user code and data

Hi All,
Ive put several files and some root analysis code on starsu00 for use in
developing User Code.

The data files can be found in files in the directories:
/data02/GC/RUN1_100/Event/
                                     /Ebe/
                                     /Trk/
                                     /Hit/

Some simple code to open these files and navigate the events can be
found in
/data02/GC/UCode/
There is a readme in that directory which gives a brief description of
the code and
its use.
