Hyperon polarization in high energy reactions

In this talk, a brief overview will be given for hyperon (Lambda) polarization
in high energy reactions. I will start with the transverse hyperon polarization
in unpolarized hadron-hadron collisions.  Then I will talk about the hyperon 
spin transfer in e+e-, deep inelastic scattering, and proton-proton collisions
with beam(s) transversely or longitudinally polarized at high energy. 
Finally I will give a summary and outlook.
