Statistical Hadronization Phenomenology

Abstract: We give an overview of the statistical hadronization model$\underline{s}$, applied to high energy heavy ion collisions, and describe the scenarios which underlie their applicability. We then describe phenomenological predictions of these scenarios, and illustrate ways in which some, or all, can be experimentally falsified
