the stable products are caught on a cold platinum ribbon later assayed
In the mass spectrometer.
A broad survey (C to Ta) shows that 6Li, 7Li diffuse much faster out of
Graphite than out of metal foils.
With thin enough graphite foils, everything can be put
online!

Orsay energy too low for anything but C
Go to CERN, use heavy targets and C foils as recoil catchers and study Li and Na fragments !
