Fraction of ground and power conductors that are aluminum, i.e. we use a patterned layer that is less than 100%

Fraction of the trace layer of the cable that is conductor

adhesive holding silicon to silicon and cable and holding cable to beam

This shows that the conductor does not amount to much of the total. It is even less if the ground and power planes are patterned to remove material. This should be kept in mind if design issues arise with the aluminum cable.
