A World Within The Nucleon - Highlights From Jefferson Lab
Jian-Ping Chen (JLab)
Abstract:
After a worldwide effort over half a century, the world inside the nucleon remains a puzzle to us.
This is mostly due to the challenging nature of the strong interaction, which is the force responsible
for the structure of the nucleon. Recently, research at Jefferson Lab and other research facilities
has shed some new lights to this puzzle and exposed a rich new world. This talk will present highlights
of recent results from Jefferson Lab and the perspectives for the near and long term future.
