Arriving in Berkeley
The two most convenient airports for travel to Berkeley are Oakland (OAK) and San Francisco (SFO). Both have public transportation to Berkeley downtown by BART. You can also use Shuttle services, such as Bay Porter.
If you need a visa to enter the US and would like an invitation letter for your visa, please contact us as soon as possible. Make sure to provide an address for the letter, your full name, the name of your institute and travel dates. You can also use the comment field in the regsitration form to provide this information.
To the lab
The best way to reach the Laboratory from downtown Berkeley is using the lab shuttle service. For directions to Building 50, please consult the map of the Laboratory.
