Objectivity tutorials on pdsf

Hi all,

I put the labs from the quick-start class on pdsf in

/home/common/GC/Obj_tutorial/

I've not changed any files in the 'labs' sub-directories 
but have made changes to copies of 3-files to reflect the 
pdsf installation of objectivity.  These are,

/home/common/GC/Obj_tutorial/labs/Makefile.lab1.pdsf
/home/common/GC/Obj_tutorial/labs/config.solaris4.pdsf
/home/common/GC/Obj_tutorial/labs/config.user.pdsf

I've not tested these changes but they seem reasonable. 
You can also grab the tar file of the labs in the 
Obj_tutorial directory.
