events db on pdsf

Hi folks,

The Objectivity federation with Hijing events on PDSF has the
boot file path listed below.  The script listed can be sourced to
set up the objy installed s/w environment as well as define the
boot file path.
We are playing with this federation so don't be surprised if things
change but we will try to leave the boot file path alone.
