Objy data bases on pdsfsu6

Jie Yang and I have set up a set of small federations on pdsf
which can be used for testing and development.

There are 4 data bases each containing an identical set of events.
The data bases are contained on pdsfsu6 in::

/scrgc/data02/dbases/
			db_30001
			db_30002
			db_30003
			db_30004		This is being used for
						tagdb development
			db_template		This is an empty federation
						which has the same schema as
						the four other ones.  It 
						should be left untouched
						so as to be available for
						dbase repair and replication.

I have used the federation numbers 30001-30004 for the 4 federations and
used 29999 as the FDID for the template.

Each one of these data bases contains only 200 events.  If more are necessary
they can be added on request.
