Jie,

you used an obsolete version of TagFlatIndex to create the ascii file
that you used for ascii2vert to build the index. The version you used
still produces an extra line with the types.

I see, the problem is in CVS. Comment out line 106 in TagFlatIndex.C and
make TagFlatIndex again and you should be OK.

So, Jie, the current index (as given below) is useless. Please delete
it, comment out the line, recompile, build ASCII file and then rebuild
the index.
