ready with staf query for ebye analysis

I have the staf with gc, objy stuff running the the
E-by-E analysis.  I have run it several times with
the primary STAR federation.
I'll call Arie or Dave tomorrow morning to
see about getting it in to the query mix.
I have it set up to take a query argument like
the sii.  For example:
gcstaf.csh -q 'glb_trk_tot>5000&mean_pt>0.5&tagrand>1000.'
actually ran.
