Hello,

I have added a common directory to CVS. It is called 'common'.

Suggestion: let's move the idl directory to a subdirectory of common.

Let's put all IDL files (other than private ones) in that directory.
qe.idl smDefs.idl and smqQueryI.idl are already there (Jeff put them
there, I think).

Dave Z.: I noticed a tagdb directory and also a GCTag/tagdb directory.
Want to remove one of them, please?
