QE/common update

Dear Challenged Ones,

changes in CVS/common:
* class Config: if you specify "all" as module name, then Config will read in
all
entries of the configuration file.
* gc_const.h: more ORBIX/ORBacus compatibility definitions
* logger.*: several changes to enable use of NetLogger; ALSO: now thread safe
* renamed logger.* to gc_logger.*
* added gc_netlog.* which contains NetLogger, a class used by Logger to write
messages to the NetLogger daemon
* Makefile was updated to reflect these changes


changes in CVS/QE*
* updated bmpidx.h; this wasn't up-to-date and that is what caused QE to crash
on starsu00. Compiling QE on starsu00 should work fine now (after a CVS update
of course ;-)
* Some configuration options where renamed. CVS/QE/qe/gc.config contains the
valid options for the Storage Manager. All options valid for QE are described
in CVS/QE/README.
* CVS/QE/README: added some lines to the description of building the index
* Other changes reflect the rename of logger.* and logging.* to gc_logger.*
and gc_netlog.*
* QE now contacts CM for current transfer rate and QM for cache status
before calculating the time estimate
* getError() returns a sequence of strings, each of which being an error.
These errors are collected from both QM and QE and are reset for each call
to getError().
