I believe I broke X applications on rmds03 after changing LBL/NERSC
access to rmds03.

If you tried to fire up an X application after logging to rmds03 via
ssh (from rcf) and received a connection refused or some other error
message about access denied earlier today, try it again now (6:00PM EST).

Send email if there are still problems with X-applications and rmds03.
