new QE

Hello People,

A new version of QE has been checked into CVS. It fixes a couple of things:
QE sometimes passed the wrong OID's to QM in execute().
QE aborted with an uncaught exception if you tried called getNum* with
an invalid attribute name (or clause with a syntax error).
QE's PrintOIDFile option was buggy after the introduction of bundles.
