about the new qe

Hi All,

I forgot to mentioned that the new QE requires that you recreate the
index with the mkbmp that was checked in today. This mkbmp creates
some extra files that are used by the query processor.
You don't need to create a new index from scratch. Just rerun mkbmp
over the old one. Type mkbmp without arguments for a list of 
appropriate arguments.
(And remember that mkbmp cannot be compiled with CC 5.)
