RHIC Winter Workshop at LBNL

 -- Prospects for Year One Physics at RHIC

In less a year time, the RHIC program will start to operate heralding a new era of heavy ion physics. It is time to review what has been learned in ultrarelativistic heavy ion collisions so far and discuss future physics program for RHIC. This workshop will focus on the physics topics relevant for the first year running of RHIC. The preliminary program is:
(1) Initial Conditions; (2) Collective Behavior; (3) Flavor Dynamics.
