More CVS Woes

Does anyone know why I cannot check things out of CVS at RHIC?  I have
succeeded in the past.

  cvs [export aborted]: /afs/rhic/gc/cvs/CVSROOT/history: Permission denied

  Tokens held by the Cache Manager:

I seem to have continual problems with CVS; usually, it's with locks.
