Hi All,
The QE, tag and OOI code have been changed to work around the fid-oid
confusion. The tag code, OOI and QE code now all use a consistent and
format.

The new QE has been moved into CVS and the
binaries from the new QE code have been moved into /grandch/u/GCA/bin
as expected in the launch.SM scripts.

Correction to one of last week's items the tagrand variable runs from
0-2000.
