Registration
The conference
registration fee is $ 225 if paid before May 30, 2000 and
$275 thereafter.
Registration should
be completed electronically through the registration form
link at the bottom of this page.
Please note that
although participants can register and receive
confirmation through the Web, payment cannot be
made electronically. After submitting the
registration form electronically, you will receive a
confirmation generated by the website. Please review this
confirmation notice carefully and then either mail it to
the address below or fax it with the proper payment
included. You may make one payment for all of the fees,
i.e. registration, accommodation, etc. The excursion fee
must be paid directly to Galavants, the company handling
the excursion (see the excursion website for more
information).
We are unable to accept
International Postal Money Orders or Eurochecks. Please
enclose check in US dollars drawn on a US bank or
International Money Order payable to: REGENTS, UNIVERSITY
OF CALIFORNIA. We accept payment by mail or fax using
either Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, or Carte
Blanche.
