Conference Poster

Instruction for poster presenters

Each presenter has been allocated space on boards (4 x 4 ft or 1.2 x l.2 m) located in Room 102. Each board will hold four posters, two on each side. Posters should be in place on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning and can remain on display until Saturday evening.

Awards will be presented for the best theoretical and experimental poster. A panel of three theorists (Chair: V. Koch) will adjudicate over the experimental posters and likewise three experimentalists (Chair: H.G. Ritter) will select the best theory poster. This arrangement will allow the panelists to find not only the best scientific poster but one that communicates its content clearly to the broadest audience. We hope this will lead to some ingenious posters !
