It looks like that IT_SERVER_PORT is not correctly set up, or used by
someone else. Try using different QMPort in gc.config, and make sure
that you don't use
CC-5 libraries for QM.  When it crashes at the beginning, it's usually a
problem coming from gc.config that QM doesn't like the options... or
there is a conflict
with others....
